hyrox classes
Our HYROX classes are based on strength training, aerobic and anaerobic capacity, muscle endurance, and functional exercises.
So what is HYROX? A HYROX competition is made up of a 1km run followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times (meaning 8km run in total, plus 8 functional workouts). It requires strength, speed, power and endurance and is a fantastic test of overall fitness.

One on one Training
Ready to take your fitness personally? One on One Training with YOUR coach for up to one hour a day, two or three times a week, with a workout designed just for you based on your goals, lifestyle, and physical assessment.

We offer help with nutrition and meal plans for needed.

strongman training
Take your strength to all new levels! Develop REAL functional strength that you can't get with basic resistance training alone. Strongman training requires strength, power, movement coordination, plus a ton of core and grip strength. Are you ready?
