If strength had a chemical formula, it would probably look something like this:
(C₆H₁₂O₆ + O₂) → ATP + H₂O + CO₂ + Determination
This represents the breakdown of glucose (C₆H₁₂O₆) in the presence of oxygen (O₂) to produce ATP (the energy currency of the body), along with water (H₂O), carbon dioxide (CO₂), and, of course, determination—because strength is more than just chemistry!
Or, if you want a more hardcore version:
(Discipline + Effort) × Consistency = Strength
