Building mental toughness is a process, not an event. It's about developing and maintaining healthy mental habits. Continuing from yesterday here is the 2nd of 8 strategies to help you with your mental strength:


2. Develop emotional regulation skills

Developing emotional regulation skills is crucial for mental strength. Techniques like mindfulness meditation, deep breathing, and journaling can help you manage your emotions effectively, so you can stay calm under pressure and enhance your mental resilience.
